• Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders.
Should the buyer decides to cancel their claims even when they have not yet answered the order form, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of order will apply. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in being listed as bogus buyer/joy reserver. Also, the buyer's account will be blocked.
• If the buyer fails to pay on or before the agreed payment deadline, a late payment fee will apply.
Note that I am not strict with DOPs so you can negotiate with me regarding this especially if the it is PAYO (pay as you order). Nonetheless, if agreed payment terms was not followed, a late payment fee of Php 50 per day will be added to the total balance of the buyer.
• Down payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds for down payments unless a valid reason is provided.
• The prices indicated in the selling / claiming posts are already all-in except for the local shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.
The prices included in the posts under #ursxyana and #wtsxyana are usually inclusive of packing fee (pf) and/or international shipping fee (isf). If not, I make sure to indicate it in the posts (e.g. Php 200 + isf + pf means payment for the isf and/or pf are to follow or not yet included in Php 200).
The isf is approximately Php 10 - 20 per photocard while the pf is Php 15 plus Php 7 per toploader. A maximum of 2 photocards can fit a toploader so additional fee for additional toploaders may apply for orders with more than 2 photocards.
• Photocards from yangdo and/or my Korean supplier are not for sensitive buyers.
Some photocard flaws are sometimes not disclosed by the seller, especially yangdo sellers, even when asked. If you're sensitive with that, it is best to not purchase the item/s. Most of the time, photocards purchased from my Korean supplier are in mint condition. If not, flaws can be hairline or ghost scratches only visible under light and other album marks due to manufacturing defects.
• For yangdo claims, please claim at your own risk. In the event of a scam or incomplete package, I can only refund half of the total price.
Rest assured that I exhaust all means to avoid scammers in yangdo in which I ask for proofs, video and/or picture conditions before proceeding with payments. In case this happens, I will still be finding ways to get the correct items and/or refunds from the seller as much as I can.
• NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND.
The unboxing video should be continuous, unedited, and must start from the sealed parcel (the waybill still visible) and must end with the clear view and/or condition of the item(s) received.
• NO RUSH SHIPPING PLEASE.
I will try my best to ship items as soon as possible. The buyer will be notified if there will be delays in shipping.
• I will not be held liable for any delays, losses, and damages of parcel(s) once shipped out as it is already beyond my control.
I always make sure that the items shipped are safe and secured beforehand. Nonetheless, I will keep my lines of communication open to help resolve the issue. For Shopee checkout (sco), the listing's price is only Php 5 as I collect the payments for the items and packing fees separately. Thus, in case the parcel is lost, missing and/or proven to be damaged by the courier, I will not be providing refunds so use sco at your own risk.
• For PASALO SLOTS:
Kindly inform me if you are going to transfer your order to someone else. Consequently, you will be responsible for finding a slot taker. The buyer should still be the one to settle the payment, not the pasalo slot taker, and at the same time is responsible in informing the pasalo slot taker about my terms and conditions.
Note: So far, most of the photocard group orders (GOs) I hosted were from a Korean supplier I have transacted with since August 2021. They usually offer full album photocard sets of Red Velvet, Aespa, Twice, and other girl and boy groups.
FAQs
• Can you provide proofs that the claims are already secured?
I always make sure to ask for proofs from yangdo sellers as well as the conditions of the photocards. For yangdo claims, it's either the photo attached in the claiming tweet is already the proof of securement or it will be posted under the tweet.
My Korean supplier does not provide proofs of securement or pictures/videos of orders to avoid bogus buyers and prevent scams. If you are not comfortable buying without proofs, it is best to not join my GOs.
• Are the photocards in mint condition?
Some photocard flaws are sometimes not disclosed by yangdo sellers even when asked. If you're sensitive with that, it is best to not purchase items from yangdo.
Most of the time, photocards purchased from my Korean supplier are in mint condition. If not, flaws can be hairline or ghost scratches only visible under light and other album marks due to manufacturing defects.
• Does the Korean supplier only sell photocards in full sets?
Offers from them may vary depending on their album pulls and availability of stocks. They sometimes offer individual photocards or member sets tingi.
• How long do you accept orders in your GOs?
Groups orders are often done through rush claiming since items from Korean supplier are limited and can run out of stock quickly. Also, availability of stocks is not always disclosed to me so it may happen that upon securement, some photocards are already not available anymore. However, they allow me to reserve a number of sets but I still have to declare the final order in a short period of time (1-2 days).
• When do you open group orders?
When new albums are released, it takes 1-3 weeks before they send me offers. As mentioned above, offers may vary from full sets, member sets, to individual photocards. Also, I can only open another batch of GOs if my schedule allows me to and if there are still stocks available. Please keep in mind that I am a college student-athlete so I can only host GOs when I have extra free time.
• How can we be sure that the claims will be secured?
Rest assured that I exhaust all means to secure claims. I make sure to ask the available quantity of photocards or sets they can reserve for me before I post claiming tweets or forms. Also, there can be instances where I secure extras or unclaimed photocards strictly sold in sets just to secure the claimed ones.
• When do the Korean supplier ship the photocards to your Korean address?
They only ship during Fridays but they recommend to finalize orders on Tuesdays.
